Eating at Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village – The Pavilion of Taste

For a lunch break or a motorway journey layover under the banner of fine dining, Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village’s Pavilion of Taste is the ideal choice, with five restaurants and bar and spread over one thousand square metres. Try the typical flavours of Val di Vara and Cinque Terre. A true showcase of the region’s best fine food and wine, including organic food, strictly tracked and 0-mile products, home-made pasta with pesto, Pignone sausages, Brugnato caciotta cheese, stuffed veal “cima”, Monterosso anchovies, “pandolce”: Ligurian cuisine takes centre stage among the Village’s culinary offerings. However, there is a special focus on organic agriculture and farming in Val di Vara, one of the first areas in Italy to do so and currently recognised and certified by the EU.
Yes, because quality is the buzzword in all of Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village’s cafés and restaurants: quality ingredients and recipes drawing on tradition and with an eye to new combinations and experimentation. Quality is visible in the service and the decision to offer quick meals prepared when you order them in the kitchens of the restaurants overlooking the large and welcoming covered square, where guests can follow the various stages to create our dishes.

In the Pavilion of Taste you can eat in:
