10am to 8pm exhibitions, meetings, tastings, workshops and show-cooking for a healthy nutrition without gluten


Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th, Shopinn Brugnato 5Terre will be “Gluten Free”. The Outlet Village will host a market place, tastings and workshops to discover a healthy diet, complete and ‘gluten free’. The Village will feature show cookings held by a famous chef: lots of fun for children and a way to discover new recipes for the parents.

Shopinn Brugnato 5Terre always has proposed its clients a unique culinary offer. The innovative “Padiglione del Gusto” offers high quality dishes with organic and local ingredients. The recent entrance to the project and the admission of Undici to the network “Associazione Italiana Celiaci” is adding an extra value to the event. This ”gluten-free” event is therefore perfectly in line with the attention Shopinn draws to taste, well-being and appreciation of the territory and its treasures.

On Shopinn’s main square exhibitors will be present from 10am to 8pm. The event is under the patronage of AIC – Associazione Italiana Celiachia in Liguria and Emilia Romagna and the City of Brugnato”. Classes for restaurant and hotel owners, as well as guided tastings, a conference for nutrition and health professionals, show cooking and workshop for kids.

You also will find a Health Infopoint where doctors and dieticians will answer your questions. There also will be a AIC infopoint.

I cook gluten free!

(Kids 4 to 12 years will learn how to prepare gluten-free bread. They will take home the dough and bake it there for a gluten-free meal. The workshop is free of charge and will be held at the Art Gallery).
