PIADART, in love with piadina

Consumed since ancient times the Piadina, a Romagna’s speciality, has become a common Italian food famous throughout the world. First Born in the farmhouses of Romagna, the piadina or “piada” eventually became the main selling product of the first pioneers, the kiosks, which were born along the Romagna’s state roads to serve tourists and travellers with directly cooked and stuffed piadina. A tradition that still lives today and which considers the piadina one of the gastronomic excellences of the Made in Italy, the protagonist of today’s street food.
